This flag is, at times, used by the Federated Republics of Spiral Sun and Fasco-Spirilia. The sun with the spiral in it represents the diety, the Spiral Sun of the main planet's early religion before Generalissimo Totrue Tufaar of the F.R.S.S., and Colonel Braas Zareeq of Fasco-Spirilia removed it replacing it with Gouism, (Though Totrue was originally considered the god of wisdom in the early religion, the third in the hierarchy, he hates Celestial Nova, daughter of the Spiral Sun)while building their empires.

It looks like you took a Kriegsmarine flag and changed the red to green, the iron cross to that eagle, and the swastika with the sun. You might want to be more creative in creating and designing a flag; don't just look at past examples you know of, but create a design of your own.
